BHATIA & SONS is a leading partnership firm dealing in books and notebooks of various schools in India and many other countries for almost 58 years. We have well developed infrastructure which makes all our production unit in house. We are genuinely client focused and continually seeking improvement in our products. We are determined to succeed and draw inspiration from our challenges. We have strong presence and interest in diversified fields of education such as manufacturing of notebooks, drawing files, managing bookshops and uniform shops across different schools for more than 2 decades. OUR IN HOUSE WORKING UNIT
- OFFSET PRINTING MACHINE (DOMINANT MACHINE AND HEIDEL MACHINE): Offset printing, also called offset lothography, is a method of mass-production printing in which the images on metal plates are transferred (offset) to rubber blankets or rollers and then to the print media.
- PAPER FOLDING MACHINE: A folding machine is a machine used primarily for the folding of paper. Folding is the sharp-edged bending of paper webs or sheets under pressure at a prepared or unprepared bending point along a straight line according to specified dimensions and folding layouts.
- LINE-O-MATIC MACHINE: Highly advanced fully automatic & semi-automatic machines for exercise notebooks, ruled and unruled pre products or country-specific finished products. It is suitable to rule or flexo printing on paper in 2 colors.
- THREAD BOOK SEWING MACHINE: It is an ideal machine for section sewing of hardbound and paperback books.
- PACKAGING MACHINE: Packaging machines are used to package products or components. This product area includes equipment that forms, fills, seals, wraps, cleans, and packages at different levels of automation. Packaging machines also include related machinery for sorting, counting, and accumulating.
- AUTO PINNING MACHINE: It is an automatic machine used for pinning, strapping, back pressing and cutting of notebooks and books.
- POLAR CUTTING MACHINE: Polar high-speed cutters meet the highest demands regarding quality, efficiency and durability. The high-speed cutter can be employed both as an individual machine or as the center of an automatic cutting system for processing paper, paperboard, cardboard or plastics.
- SPIRAL BINDING MACHINE: Spiral coil binding machines are one of the most popular solutions, punching closely spaced holes to work with plastic spiral coil spines.
- PERFECT BINDING MACHINE: The Perfect Binding Machine is a device that offers the perfect commercial binding option. It is called Perfect Binding because the books are trimmed on the 3 non-spine edges after binding, producing a “perfect” finish as the pages all line up and the book has sharp square corners.
LAMINATION MACHINES (WINDOW GUM LAMINATION MACHINE AND THERMAL LAMINATION MACHINE): A laminating machine is a device that covers a document or other material with a protective layer on both sides.

M/S. BHATIA & SONS consists of more than 50 trustworthy employees using their remarkable talents and skills to fuel our mutual efforts since 1965.
The whole unit is divided into 2 segments. One is the binding unit in which our product is made from nothing to a perfectly carved notebook. Other is the sales and accounts unit. Both the segments are managed by 2 different managers.
OUR BOOKSHOPS
M/S. BHATIA & SONS also deals in books and stationery items. We have our own bookshops also. We deal in CBSE, ICSE curriculum books too.
In our in house unit we make our own brand products which are then sold to various bookshops and stationery shops throughout India. We have a wide range of variety of products like: notebooks, registers, office pads, duplicate pads, spiral registers, designer sheets, and a lot more. We also customize products and designs as per the needs of the consumer.
M/S. BHATIA & SONS is a one stop destination for all the schools, bookshops and stationery shops. Our in house set up helps us to satisfy our clients according to their needs and we provide services timely to our clients.
